Sending Bug Reports
If you are experiencing game crashes or bugs while playing the game, reinstalling the game might help fix the problem ( How to reinstall the game? ). Please make sure your account is saved using Gigantic Duck ID before uninstalling the game, or you may lose access to your account.
If you are still experiencing issues, please send us a bug report. You can submit a ticket to report the bug.
Please provide a detailed description of the issue, such as how and when it happened, the platform you were playing on (Android/iOS/Windows/Mac). Please try to include screenshots and videos if possible.

How to find the Player.log file (Windows)
1. Press Windows + R keys on your keyboard.
2. The Run dialog box will open, Type in:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Gigantic Duck AB\Bombergrounds
3. Click "OK" or press enter.
4. The folder containing the Player.log file will open. You can attach the file with your bug report.

You can navigate to this folder to find the player.log file
~/Library/Logs/Gigantic Duck AB/Bombergrounds/Player.log
